Includes:

  • 3 planning meetings prior to the event

    • Onboarding meeting after signing contract (info dump meeting)

    • 1 venue walkthrough meeting at 1-2 month away mark going over the timeline and any missing details

    • 1 meeting 2 weeks prior to  your event to finalize any loose ends if needed.

  • Venue walkthrough & timeline creation

    • Venue walkthrough together around 1-2 months prior to your event

    • After walkthrough, initial timeline is talked through and created

  • Vendor confirmation and coordination

    • Reach out to all vendors to confirm details, ensure nothing is missed with load in/load out, delivery times, start times, etc.

    • Main point of contact for all vendors at the 1 week before mark, diverting all communication away from you so you an relax and get ready for your wedding in peace

  • Full event-day management and oversight (up to 8 Consecutive hours)

    • Includes an assistant for 4 hours

    • Will set up personal items such as signage, table numbers, place cards, menus, and favors.
