Up to 6 meetings prior to the event

1 venue walkthrough meeting at 3-4 month away mark going over the timeline and any missing details
1 meeting 2 weeks prior to your event to finalize any loose ends if needed.

After walkthrough, initial timeline is talked through and created
Vendor confirmation and coordination
Reach out to all vendors to confirm details, ensure nothing is missed with load in/load out, delivery times, start times, etc.
Main point of contact for all vendors at the 1 week before mark, diverting all communication away from you so you an relax and get ready for your wedding in peace
Full event-day management and oversight (up to 10 Consecutive hours)
Includes an assistant for 8 hours
Will set up personal items such as signage, table numbers, place cards, menus, and favors.
Vendor final confirmations
Give your final numbers and finalize all vendor contracts: rentals, floral, caterer, etc so you don’t have to worry about it.
Rehearsal coordination and setup oversight
Includes an additional 4 hours the day before to oversee ceremony rehearsal and set up
Cueing wedding party during ceremony
Oversee set up closely even if flipping a room
